I know this is still a mess, but at least the floor is fixed below and the plumbing is on its way to being fixed. Had to build a new frame around the tub. That little square hole will have to be a hidden access door to the motor. The old one was in the closet around the corner, in the bedroom. The surprise was, that the old access door only led to the area surrounding the tub (the left side), it didn't give you any access to the motor or plumbing or major stuff you would need to get too. How stupid can you be? An access door leading to nothing.
