Bathroom Remodel...Before Pics

This bathroom is a nice size (roughly 9x15), but the cabinets were awful (why would you put those 2 tiny cabinets in when you have plenty of room for one large one??) There is no counterspace and everything would fall on the floor.
The toilet is nasty, the faucets are nasty, the brass lighting fixtures are circa '83, the tile work is horrible, it looks like Dusenbury grouted with kitty litter. Even the switchplates are brass! UGH!

I am re-tiling the floor and tub surround, putting in a new 61" vanity with a granite double sink top, new vanity mirrors, new lighting fixtures, new round corner shower, new toilet, new faucets, having someone reglaze the tub to white....
