Unfortunately Dusenbury cut into the floor joists (support beams) in at least 5 different places in this bathroom. This will all need to be fixed as well under the tub. (some were already). Its a wonder that tub didnt fall through the ceiling!! MORON.
There are all kinds of electrical and insulation problems in the ceiling too (there is a weird little access door on the ceiling so you can get up there)

Wax ring in!!! New toilet ready to put on! YAY! It really sucked having no toilet upstairs. I fell down the stairs in the middle of the night countless times :(
